Instructions

  1. Mix together the cheeses, egg, spices, and options. Stuff the shells with the mixture and place in a buttered Pyrex dish.
  2. Cover with foil, puncture the foil with a fork to let out the steam, then bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
  3. Plate, sauce and serve hot.
