Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 bx shells, cooked al dente and cooled
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 10 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 oz Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
- 1 ea egg
- 2 T dried oregano
- 2 T dried basil
- 2 T dried parsley
- marinara sauce
Options
- spinach, cooked
- mushrooms, sauteed
- sausage, browned
Instructions
- Mix together the cheeses, egg, spices, and options. Stuff the shells with the mixture and place in a buttered Pyrex dish.
- Cover with foil, puncture the foil with a fork to let out the steam, then bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
- Plate, sauce and serve hot.
